1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Server_MC Network ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our service.

These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, players, vendors, and content contributors.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Server_MC Network for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained on the service
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Creating an Account

When you create an account with Server_MC Network, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these terms and conditions
You engage in harassment, cheating, or inappropriate behavior
You use the service for illegal purposes
You violate Minecraft's EULA or Mojang's policies

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Hacking/Exploiting: Use exploits, hacks, or modified clients to gain unfair advantages
Griefing: Deliberately damage or destroy other players' builds without consent
Harassment: Engage in bullying, hate speech, or harassment of other players
Fraud: Attempt to scam or deceive other players for items or currency
Spam: Post repetitive, unsolicited messages in chat or forums
Illegal Content: Share illegal files, NSFW content, or malware
Account Theft: Attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you
Botnets/DDoS: Launch attacks against our servers or infrastructure

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

Any content, creations, or builds you make within Server_MC Network remain your intellectual property. However, you grant Server_MC Network a license to display, distribute, and store your content for the purposes of operating the service.

Minecraft Copyright

Minecraft is the property of Mojang Studios. Server_MC Network is an independent server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Our Content

All website design, logos, text, graphics, and other content on our website (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of Server_MC Network and protected by copyright law.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The materials on Server_MC Network's website are provided on an 'as-is' basis. Server_MC Network makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Server maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for:

Loss of items or progress due to server issues

Downtime or service interruptions
Third-party actions or attacks on our infrastructure

7. Modification of Terms

Server_MC Network reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to Server_MC Network at any time and for any reason, with or without cause and without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesian law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.
